Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Omega Games' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Omega Games offers game development templates, tools, and related services. When you purchase a product:

• You will receive access to the purchased template via GitHub collaborator invitation
• You are granted a license to use the template for your projects
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified
• You must provide a valid GitHub username for product delivery
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your account information is kept up to date

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
