Omega Games ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services. This policy applies to all users of our website and services, regardless of location, and is designed to comply with applicable privacy laws in all 50 states of the United States.

This website has no user accounts and no checkout. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell your information. Story Workbench drafts stay in your browser unless you choose to export them on your own device. We receive an email address if you submit the contact or wishlist form, opt in on the Story Workbench export form described below, or write to us yourself.

Contact and wishlist submissions are emailed to Omega Games. We do not store them in a separate database. You can ask us to remove a submission anytime by writing to john@playomega.games. When you submit one of those forms, we receive:

• Your email address and any name or message you include
• The topic of your request (for example, which game you want updates about)

We keep these emails in our regular business inbox. Resend delivers the message, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission is likely from a person.

Omega Story Workbench is a browser tool. Your story text, characters, locations, and backups are saved in this browser with local storage and are not uploaded to our servers. Markdown, JSON, and full-workbench backups download on your device with no email required.

Before a PDF or Twine export, we may show an optional form with your name, email, and an unchecked consent box, plus a skip option. Markdown, single-story JSON, and full-workbench backups stay ungated. If you opt in, Omega Games gets your name, email, and story title so we can send occasional tips. Skip it and the download still works; we do not keep your name or email. If you consent and submit, we send a one-time notification email to Omega Games that includes your name, email address, story title, template name, the consent-text version you agreed to, first-touch campaign parameters from the landing URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, and ref) when those are present, and the time of the request. We do not store a separate lead database in this product, and we do not send your story text.

That notification is sent through Resend, a transactional email processor. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies that the submission is likely from a person. Resend and Cloudflare act as processors only for this optional signup. To ask us to delete a submitted email, write to john@playomega.games.

Your browser may remember that you already submitted or skipped, so we do not keep asking. That reminder stays on your device and is not an account. If email or bot-protection settings are unavailable, the export still downloads even if we cannot save the signup.

Some information is collected by the services that host and measure the site:

We use the information described above solely for:

• Responding to your inquiries and partnership requests
• Letting you know about the games you asked to hear about
• Following up on optional Story Workbench email signups you consented to
• Improving our website and its performance
• Complying with legal obligations

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who assist in operating our website and conducting our business (Vercel for hosting and analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile for form bot checks, and Resend for contact, wishlist, and optional Story Workbench notifications)
• When required by law or to protect our rights
• In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, etc.)
• With your explicit consent
